Plastic Injection Molding

Since 1985 we offer plastic injection molding services and injection molds production. Main types of plastics processed at our company:

PA6 PPS PA 6.6 PA 4.6 POM

PET PBT PRT PPC SAN

   Our company is equipped with 7 automated injection machines with electronic controllers. In June 2005 we installed new plastic injection machine DEMAG Energotech Concept 150/500 - 610 version.

   We also process construction thermoplastic materials with glass fiber and glass balls with fill up to 50%. Some elements produced from steel, brass or bronze at our customers we replaced plastic injection technology with materials PAGF50, POM or PPS.

   We produce very precise plastic elements made of POM, which are used in very hard environment condition: in temperatures from - 40 °C to + 95 °C. Dimensions tolerance on some elements produced at our company with plastic injection technology reach tolerance expected for steel: ± 0,02 mm.   We produce also ring for light lamp – reflector for photo studios where plastic PPS is to operate in temperatures reaching 240-260 °C.

   Most of plastic and materials processed at our company comes from well know international companies as: DU PONT, General Electric Plastics, Ticona, Exxon Mobile, DSM, BASF, Shell, DOW, Basell Orlen and other.
